Generally Luminosity Distribution refers to the luminous intensity spatial distribution in different directions made by lamps or illuminant. Luminosity Distribution Test (also named light-matched test) was mainly taken by distributed photometer.
Luminosity Distribution Laboratory is equipped with a built- in 10 ㎡ darkroom and a set of high – precise photometric distribution meter system(EVERFINE), which could be used to doing relevant optic test including the total luminous flux of lamps, luminous intensity distribution curve, iso - illuminance curve, luminous intensity date, beam angle, regional luminaire efficiency, luminous flux, utilization factor, luminaire limitation curve, glare degree, the effective average illumination curve, color spatial uniformity, the average color date, etc.

EMC is defined as the ability of devices and systems to operate in their electromagnetic environment without impairing their functions and without faults and does not influence the electromagnetic environment to the extent that the functions of other devices and systems are adversely affected. Usually EMC includes requirements of two aspects: The EMI (Electro Magnetic Interference) refer to the generation of unwanted electromagnetic energy to the environment under the devices and systems’ normal operation. These need to be reduced below certain acceptable limits to ensure they do not cause any disruption to other equipment. The other aspect is EMS (Electro Magnetic Susceptibility), refer to the immunity of the devices and systems to the interference in the electromagnetic environment. When working on the product solution, we always consider the structural shielding to the whole system, filtering of the driver and signal interface, grounding, etc. Hardware design: driver interface, signal interface, type of cable , interface design, type of connector, type of protecting components, etc. Circuit schematic design: internal master chip, crystal oscillator, filtering for clock-driven circuit, isolation for digital circuit and artificial circuit module; PCB layer design, circuit layout , key component layout, connection design for the shielding items, the matching design between the interface connector and product structure. EMC test chamber includes a electromagnetic shielding room sized 7M*4M*3M for EMS and EMI testing. Rohde & Schwarz test devices from Germany are introduced into the lab for EMI test, test can be operated according to the standards of GB 17743、GB 18595、IEC/EN 61000-3-2、IEC/EN 61000-3-3、IEC/EN 55015、IEC/EN 61547、CISPR15、CISPR16, which complies with the related certification and test requirements for China, EU,IEC, etc.View
The Optical Laboratory main purpose is to test the optical performance of LED lamps with built-in integrating sphere testing system (EVERFINE Brand), all the instruments can be traced back to National Institute of Metrology (NIM).
